A four-step checklist for owners listing their first group. Following it doubles your time-to-fill.

Most new owners list a seat and wonder why it sits empty for a week. The difference between a fast-filling listing and a stale one is almost always the description. ## Step 1: Pick the right plan label "Notion Team" beats "Notion plan". Use the exact plan name the tool uses on its pricing page. Seekers search by the official label. ## Step 2: Write a description, not a slogan Three sentences. What plan you have. How many seats are available. What you expect from members (response time, renewal commitment). Skip the marketing language. People want logistics. ## Step 3: Set a price below your math The seat-price field defaults to the plan total divided by max seats. Lower it by ten to fifteen percent. The seekers most likely to take a seat are the ones comparison-shopping across listings. Win the comparison on price, win the seat. ## Step 4: Reply within two hours Listings whose owners reply within two hours to the first question fill seven times faster than listings whose owners reply the next day. Turn on push notifications. Listings are an inventory game. Make yours the easy yes.
