We hold your first month in escrow until access is confirmed. If access stops mid-cycle, we refund the prorated amount and help you find another group.
How long does KYC take?
Most identity checks complete within a few hours. Manual review takes up to 24 hours.
Can I share with people I already know?
Yes. You can invite specific people to a private group via a unique join link. The platform still handles payments and verification for you.
Which countries are supported?
We're starting in Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa, with global expansion planned through 2026 and 2027.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money, M-Pesa). More providers come online with each market we add.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can leave a group at any time and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current cycle.
