Most issues resolve in under 48 hours when both sides bring structured evidence. Here is the playbook.

Disputes feel scary, but the process is mostly mechanical. The faster you file with clean evidence, the faster you get to a resolution. ## File from the group page Open the group, tap the three-dot menu, and choose "Open a dispute". Pick a category — access denied, service not working, owner unresponsive, fraud, or refund request. Add a timeline with timestamps. ## What the trust team actually looks at We compare three things side by side: the payment events log (who paid, when, how much), the access timeline (when the owner provisioned, when you tested), and the chat history (who said what, when). Discrepancies between these three tell us where the truth lives. ## Outcomes Most disputes end in one of: full refund to the joiner, partial refund, mediated continuation, or denial with reason. We record the outcome and share the summary with both parties. Bring receipts. Be specific. We will meet you halfway.
