A practical guide to running a Workspace Business Standard group with clear rules, predictable renewals, and zero drama.

Google Workspace is one of the most popular plans on Seatkin. It is also one of the most painful when an owner sets it up casually. Here is what works. ## Use one owner and named seats The owner pays Google and keeps the billing relationship. Every member gets a named seat tied to their real email. Avoid shared inboxes — Google will eventually flag them and the whole group goes down. ## Publish a renewal date Workspace renews on the first of the month for most plans. List your group with that date and a one-cycle minimum commitment. Members who churn mid-cycle get a partial refund at the owner's discretion. ## Review access every cycle Before renewal, open the Workspace admin console and look at last-active dates. Remove seats that have been dormant for sixty days and notify the affected member through Seatkin chat. Predictable rules keep a Workspace group healthy across years, not months.
