Common questions
Are there hidden fees?
No. The fee shown when you join is the final amount. Currency conversion uses the mid-market rate, no markup.
When do I get charged?
Once at signup (held in escrow until access is confirmed), then on the same day each month for as long as you're in the group.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Month one is fully refundable until you confirm access. After that, refunds are prorated to the day if you leave or the group fails.
Does the owner pay anything?
Owners pay a small flat fee on each payout (typically $0.30–$0.50). We never take a percentage from owners.
