Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Seatkin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Seatkin is operated by Seatkin Technologies. We act as a platform that connects people who legitimately share team or family subscription plans permitted by the underlying vendor.

To use Seatkin you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country.
• Provide accurate identity, contact, and payment information.
• Use Seatkin only for subscription plans whose vendor terms allow shared seats.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity that happens through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not transfer or sell your account, share your password, or impersonate another person.

Seatkin is for legitimate, vendor-allowed sharing only. You agree not to:

• Resell access to a subscription outside of Seatkin's group flow.
• Use Seatkin to share login credentials for plans that prohibit it.
• Upload false KYC documents, payment proofs, or vendor receipts.
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to defraud other members.

All money handled by Seatkin moves through escrow. Joiners pay their monthly share into escrow, and Seatkin releases funds to the group owner only after seat access is confirmed.

You authorize Seatkin and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at confirmation, plus any disclosed fees.

Recurring billing continues until you leave the group or cancel from your account.

Seatkin charges a transparent service fee on each transaction. Current fees are:

• 5–8% transaction fee on each monthly share, shown before you confirm payment.
• A small flat fee on payouts to mobile money or bank.
• Optional listing fees for featured group placement.

If a group owner fails to provide promised access, you may open a dispute. Seatkin will hold the disputed funds in escrow while we review evidence from both sides.

Where Seatkin determines a refund is owed, we will return funds to your original payment method, less any non-refundable processor fees.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or put other members at risk. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

Seatkin connects members and protects payments, but the underlying subscription is provided by the third-party vendor. We are not responsible for the vendor's outages, terms changes, or product decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Seatkin's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
